Rules for Debate, numbers 5-11 under section A. Procedure for Choosing and Announcing the Motions for Debate (topics) with your coaches and then plan to meet over ZOOM at 9:00am Thursday, November 23rd, 2023 (GMT+7) to discuss. Thanks.
